Turnaround Time


Rush jobs must be placed before 12pm for same day turnaround. Any rush jobs placed after 12pm will be turned in 9am next day.

24 hour turnaround from time of payment.

24 hr Turnaround on Jobs turned in and paid for Mon - Thu (9am -6pm) any payment made after 6pm goes into the next days rotation starting at 9am.

Jobs turned in on Friday will be completed on Monday before 12pm.

Jobs turned in on the weekend will begin on Monday and be turned in Tuesday before 12pm.

1. Introduction
Welcome to RL STUDIOS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://rlstudioservices.com operated by Royal Legacy Studios LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

3. Purchases

  • Digital Design Services: We offer downloadable digital design services, including but not limited to logo design, banners, brochures, business cards, and other design files. We always strive to provide the best work according to the client’s requirements.

  • Prices: All prices on the site are expressed in US dollars (USD).

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through Zelle, Cashapp & Venmo. Our Website checkout is processed through Stripe, which allows the use of credit and debit cards.

4. Changes

  • All graphic designs are solely based on the details and descriptions provided by clients. RL Studios takes responsibility for bringing those ideas to life. In the event that a client is unsatisfied with the first draft, 1 complete change to the design is allowed free of charge. Once a second draft is provided, if a client requests a second full design change a redesign fee will be charged. Redesign fees vary on the extent of the changes.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Digital Design Services: As our services are digital and intangible, all services sold on our website are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and the service has been completed and confirmed by the client, refunds cannot be issued.

  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as technical issues with the service that cannot be resolved, we will consider the possibility of a refund after troubleshooting and further review. Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at info@rlstudioservices.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including images, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the website, are the property of Royal Legacy Studios LLC and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. It is prohibited to use the Service for any activity that may harm, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.

 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Royal Legacy Studios LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
